It states
"The awarding of the Stanley PDL is the key condition precedent to the completion of the Osaka Gas farm-in where HZN is to receive an initial payment of USD74m upfront plus completion adjustments (~USD20m)."
So is the completion adjustment basically 40% of HZN's expenditure on the permit since the deal with Osaka was struck ?
