Guys guys guys... Whilst I am a skeptical person, I think people are forgetting a few things. There's no evidence that FMS isn't hard at work on a deal. All there is is a bit of a disappointing lack of information. Why would someone like this chairman, with his pretty good professional reputation and record, let a company get into a position where it ends up with nothing? He just wouldn't. And- this company has no debt. Not one bit. I wish there was more info and that previous announcements weren't so optimistic and they can probably be criticised for that, but just assuming that everything is going to go belly up without any evidence of this is foolish. What will be amusing is when they do make a big announcement and some people on this forum post comments like "Oh I had faith in management all along". Trust me, I'm not happy but you need to be objective
