    Good news here! Independent validation and testing of CETO 6. Glad the board are moving quickly and effectively on this one, they obviously realise that they can't afford to wait another 4 years before getting CETO 6 off the ground (or into the ocean, in this case).

    Now all they need is a project site confirmed and a decent JV partner and things will look a whole lot different for Carnegie.
