KL first step is get funding(we need more than 100K) in place then negotiate a deal...you cant negotiate a good deal from a weak financial position.

The main thing is the BOD are working together to get shareholders the best result.

A little more patience will be required but by the next quarterly we should have some significant news on both funding and projects imo
