I disagree: I dont think the market have factored in a loss. They just haven't factored in a gain.
If the drill is unsuccessful, I think it will be carnaged and drop another 60%. (IMO)
I'm not being negative. I have been with PCL for over a year. I am massively in the red and my only wish is they find something significant.
I think the last few years have taken the "instant gain on the spud" and O&G species aren't what they used to be....
