Bloomberg interview set up in a couple of days by new Media company.
Expect more interviews, US Europe etc.
Concerned about performance/feedback.
Looked stiff because of bad back. (Didn't Chopra talk a bit?)

Hired new regulatory approval company (represented circulate who got covered under existing codes, might be the way to go) review all documents etc. related to German submission.

InEK have not provided a reason. Do not have to provide a reason.
Will approach them both formally and informally to to get an understanding of why 4.
Reimbursement , timeframe from consultants.

Publishing of (scientific) papers coming up. Said I will be impressed.

Main message. Not happy with 4. He'll take the hit, get back to shareholders after reviews and contact with InEK. Defends his position of being a very open company (no hidden secrets?)
