well lets looks at this assuming a 2.5 cent divi

at 28c its 9% divi

at 30 8.33

32 its 7.8%

34 its 7.4

36 it 7%

I think its very reasonable to expect Grr to be trading at a PE of about 7-8 with a yield of approx 6.5% so high 30s is a reasonable target for this year

as I said before, the attractive part for me is an amazing yield , extremely strong cash backing and strong cash accumulation.

as for SP uptrend many TA people look for a closing price to confirm breakout so I would expect tomorrow will see follow through. This has all the signs of a real and decent break out, 3 times average volume with 3 hrs trading to go. very likely we will be in the 30s tomorrow imo
