You simply cannot throw out wild accusations like that.
There are many other explanations.
Possible Explanations: 1) This was widely expected by the market and a number of people had a pre-set exit strategy upon release of the news.
2) It is already factored into the price and the market thinks there is no SHORT TERM catalysts to continue the rise in price.
3) The big boys may be trying to shake the tree.
Regardless if any of the above are true, why does it matter? You have a position in the company based on your assessment of the investment and its risk and opportunity. The market price of this investment should only serve to tempt you to sell, or give you a chance to buy more....why complain that you are given this opportunity?
IMO this reflects the fact that people are not confident in their own analysis and need the price to justify their thesis.
Long term price follows value - that's a certainty, short term - price offers opportunity.
