I have been out most of the afternoon and just noticed I picked up another 145000 filling my request to nearly half.

Don't get me wrong on charting V. It has some place when there is no worthwhile news since human nature does show broad patterns. However, when a significant announcement happen it changes the whole scene and whatever the trend lines were is no longer relevant. I have even seen chartists wedded to their charts on QBE (general insurer) in which major moves are largely governed by random events (over the underlying routine business) such as major catastrophes. I am afraid I simply have to laugh them off even though I know they are wrong, since they can talk nonsense much better than I can express reasoning.
