So after saying that all directors would buy heaps of shares, they are only taking $1m worth between them. Beament takes $370k. Not a lot in the context of his $11m sale late in 2012. Neither the discount to market or the prospect of exploiting bargain priced acquisitions drawing him in at this stage.
To me, these numbers, or an indication at least, should have been given before they placed a $100m of stock.
