Why do you have such an "expectation" ? In my opinion, CMC's charting platform is no different to most other paid charting platforms, such as Metastock, Bull Chart, etc etc. You do have the flexibility to use whatever features you want to use, such as a plain bar chart, or candlestick chart.
CMC is a market maker.
For my CFD trading, I currently use FP Markets which uses a DMA model. I did use CMC before.
