In a wierd way it is pretty much a win for everyone...Terri Butler will be happy to get over the line with the help of the greens, the backward greens will be happy they didn't go backwards and had a marginal gain (just quietly did you see their candidate = complete muppet). Libs will be disappointed they didn't pull off an absolute miracle but will be happy with a solid swing which snuffs out any evidence that the general electorate is unhappy with Abbott.
To all the ALP voters celebrate long and hard that you won the Griffith bi-election. An amazing effort and one you should all be incredibly proud of.
You can also celebrate that the Libs are still running the country.
