The USA has had its time in the sun. No empire rules for ever. China will be the new superpower within a few decades at the very most.

But I don't see a swift decline for the USA and nor do I see any potential for military action. The world's elite (forget about Bill Gates et al I'm referring to the "real" elite)have far too much to lose.

So I do see China, and indeed Asia, colonising Australia in the next few decades. But they won't need to use military force. Just cold hard cash.

Great times ahead for Aussie property investors. Not so great times ahead for disadvantaged Aussies.
