I don't see how the scarlet colored wild beast,(the 8th king) ,has risen yet.What bible texts do you have to support this idea? -------------

The wild beast with seven heads introduced at Revelation 13:1 represents the worldwide political system.
At Revelation 13:11 a 2 horned(Anglo- American)wild beast is introduced, which gives "breath to the image of the wild beast"(League of Nations).
This is the origin of the 8th king,now the UN, which will soon eliminate Babylon the Great(all false religion)
