I'm not sure how they came to this valuation but I presume the Motley Fool has crunched the numbers correctly putting a price of 104K per acre on the deal.
So this must place SEA in the 40-50K per acre valuation range.
Depending on how rapid the approval to list occurs on the Nasdaq the stars could really align for us here.
With interest now firmly focused on other potential takeover targets in the play in the US and elsewhere I would think the SEA listing price will look very attractive to many at current prices.
To the point where even some US buyers may even start accumulating on the ASX in coming months.
All speculation on my part of course but I am holding on tight for this ride, I think we are all in for a good run on SEA in 2014!
Changing my sentiment from long term but to flat out buy.
