This is not directed just at you buddy, but at all those pretty much demanding a DFS.

Personally I think they are useless. Look at DML as an example.

In August 2010, at the release of the DFS the share price was at ~$.85. They had a BFS as well. The share price rose a bit and they were able to raise money via placements. There was even a take-over proposal.

They took out loans to build a lot of the plant. The number of shares on issue stood at 314m at the original DFS and via placements has grown to 487m by June '13. Now 560m.

Yet despite the DFS, the BFS and other studies relevant, the share price languishes around 4c as nothing has gone according to plan. The plant just doesn't deliver the expected outcomes.
Basically all the assumptions of the DFS were useless.

DML is just one example. There are many others, just ask anyone that invested money into MIS schemes how useless "independant experts reports" are.

CDU have done a magnificent job to get where they are, at the low cost of dilution to now, plus no debt as yet.

I have no complaints, nor wishes for money to be wasted on a DFS at this point in time.
