The take home message is that the big players are not going to oversupply because they won't make serious money if the price falls too far. Likewise they wouldn't be going ahead with expansion and spending billions on infrastructure if they didn't see an environment where IO will be very profitable going forward.
It needs to be re-emphasised that a Chinese economy expanding at 7.5% today is MUCH bigger than it was say 5 years ago and hence the demand side of the equation has only become bigger.
