Looking at Slide 16: and reading the text
"Secured strategic partners, Mitsubishi and Santos,
bringing funding and LNG expertise" - no mention of Horizon Oil.

I think HZN's days are numbered here (feel free to rubbish me for fuelling speculation, but I think its a valid/live debate, particularly in light of what happened on AUT). Daydreaming further - STO has also entered into the PRL 38 JV, and has growing LNG experience from Darwin, GLNG and PNG LNG exposure (perhaps they cannot build one on their own, though). I see the regional gas aggregation more about TLM, STO and Mitsubishi - and potentially a party that can build a plant. I have also heard over the years (anecdotally) of some niggle between TLM and HZN.
