This is the bit that I don't understand. Why would shareholders be so hoping for a buyout when there is absolutely no certainty that we (shareholders) would see any of the money?
With the CC in place, I have no confidence in thinking we (the shareholder) will finacially gain from a buyout.
Also, if it went to a shareholder vote, I'd imagine it'd be a similar landslide result to those we have seen when HG and AGS have voted on something.
MD and I will continue to be in the minority group of those beleiving this will go to court. That's not a guess, that's the state of play is it currently stands. Anything outside that is a guess.
