Mr. Smith does not impress me as he has some silly ideas.
Large deposits of very low grade Vanadium bearing ores are not that rare, however most are just not economical to actually mine.
Still today, vanadium is mainly produced as a by product of either iron or uranium ores as well as large recycling of wastes such as fly ashes and spent catalysts which have V2O5 concentrations of 10 - 30 %.
Due dilligence required on this one no matter who the bigger shareholders are.
