IMO this is a very gutsy move to release this SPP anouncement with a massive discount. Im sure they would have known that it will affect the SP big time on the downside.
Or this action could help shake the tree.
However, this could also emphasize how confident they are that with the drill results. they might think the results have the power to catapult the SP back up.
