so, what now?

So are we just going to sit around licking our wounds or is it feasable to take some kind of legal action against these low life's. I'm new to all this but would be interested to know what avenues may be available to us from anyone experienced in this sought of thing.
These parasites take money off those that can least afford it to line the pockets of those that least deserve it and should not be allowed to get away with it. Fair enough we take a gamble when dealing in these types of instruments, i accept that. However we do so with good faith that they exist to raise funds for HONEST companies trying to make a go of it and as such generally it's a win win situation. Now i'm not naive enough to think it doesn't go on but when it's as blatant as this disgraceful scam they should be made an example of. By the light of day, blind freddy can see what the plan was all along.
