Its a tough market (Particularly for the specs) and if you have an opportunity to raise funds you should probably take it in the interest of the business you're running. That said as a share holder and based on the facts presenting themselves from trenching results, its not exactly ideal and I personally think they should have rolled the dice, stuck to the $750k cap and then done another raising at a higher issue price.
