No it wasn't panic. The market is forward forecasting. The market was expecting a 21% dilution of shares (including those issued to sophisticateds) and instead they delivered a 42% dilution. The market has responded accordingly. It's a short-term reaction. Share issue overhang has to be dealt with from here and then all will be forgotten and focus back on fundamentals.
