Start with Sphere Resources. Check out their history. Many others you can review while you are at it.

What makes you believe that minorities will accept a low ball offer of 12c when their entry was much much higher for shares and options and NKP has a resource worth billions over 40years mining life?

I have no idea if there will be a takeover nor the offer price. BUT if it was to occur I would be looking for much more than your 12c estimate.

If you did your research you would discover that major shareholder in Genorah are calling the shots and not P.Landau. He is a minority shareholder like you. Don't go making assumptions and accusations without knowledge/facts to support your statements.
