Johnmcgee; the issue with a share pull back is that the register is so tightly held by the founders that it is near impossible to build a large position in the company.
I was very fortunate that a fund manager (who participated in the IPO) was selling down DDR some time ago at 40c for 'better opportunities' elsewhere. I was able to buy most of their holding.
I have been progressively selling down since then (above 90c) as the price continues to rise and as such have been supplying the market with a reasonable amount of the volume.
I am, however, now at a level I am comfortable with for the long term and DDR certainly haven't disappointed in their strategy or execution so I won't be supplying the market any more.
