I do understand your sentiment and wish you luck.

However from my perspective this is good news and - although I agree it is moving slowly - there is no doubt in my mind this is moving in the right direction.

Once all of the ducks are aligned I can see MNM becoming a solid company.

My only concern is the highlighted plan doesnt tell me where $$ is coming from in the next few months. IMO the last CR led me to believe there is more cash expected to come short-term (hence the small CR), however this PCDP is going to take some time...first step is the approval.
