They (Indian gov.) probably do .
All this FAST TRACKING , from ECT , must have a reason for .
I come to believe unofficially , is a done deal among NLC/ECT , subject to performance .
But IMO until the DFT is proven that is faultless , is very unprofessional for any party , to finalize a deal .
