According to a source close to the Diamantina project, lawyers for KSK have already sent a letter to Forge in an attempt to resolve the non-payment of funds allegedly owing to the subcontractor.

The source said some workers at the project had started using their personal credit cards to pay for fuel after fuel credit cards stopped working, while there were "a lot of scared people on site" given Forge's recent financial difficulties.

Obviously the fuel account hadn't been payed so the account had been put on stop.

This protected the fuel company from further loses.
