Dazza the Gov. were present at the AT5 spudding.
The Gov. have already reported the oil produced from the Atzam
field in the last quarter.
Off take following AT5 IMO.
The spot prices are good at present.
They do not need storage as they trucking it out ( on the new sealed road that the Guat. Gov. recently invested in ).
The storage I would see as being configured when the
AT5 and Tortugas are producing. May need some pipelines for instance.
