    Hi,

    I'm new to the stock market and bought JKA stocks about a year ago. Got all these letters and statements on this voting thing, but I honestly got no idea what it's all about. Should I vote yes or what happens if I don't vote at all? Do I still keep my shares?

    Sorry for the newbie questions :/
