It's not just the managers that's a pro here, it's also the Filipino workforce/tradies. Being a fixed plant fitter myself and working for one of the big 3, I can safety say that their fitters/boilys are some of the best in the world. Hence why australian mines/services bring these guys over so often.
They definatly leave a small minority of some Aussie tradies I've met in my time in their wake!!!! Always willing to learn, and get stuck in and have a go, and not sit on the sidelines!
