Now I think I get it.

The current sp is not relevant as there is 'some other' share price that is relevant. Something 'off-market'.

The sp for 2012, 13, 14 is not relevant at all - I should only focus on the 2011 SP as this is the important one that tells 'true value'.

Thanks for clearing that up for me.
