mzi response ref. monthly activity update

Hi guys,

Mr. Keith Vuleta (MZI Director and Joint Company Secretary) has promptly replied to my earlier request for a periodic activity report. Please see text below.

"Thank your for your suggestion and one I personally like.

Unfortunately this is not something that the ASX tolerates.

The requirements under the ASX Listing Rules is that Companies must basically notify the market of any information as soon as it becomes available or known.

To this end ASX have indicated that “updates” should not be provided to the market as this a marketing tool and not something that the ASX Announcements Platform nor the Listing Rules are designed for, apart from Quarterly Reports - which are the mechanism to detail progress.
I know some companies do this but it is definitely frowned upon by ASX.

So whilst I see merit in your suggestion, MZI will continue to advise the market when each significant item of disclosure occurs, other than that progress will continue to be identified on a quarterly basis in the quarterly reports albeit there is a mountain of work continuing every day towards successful commencement.

We look forward to keeping the market advised on our further achievements.
