Mr. Neil Fredrick Warburton, Assoc MinEng WASM, MAusIMM,FAICD served as the Chief Executive Officer at Barminco Limited. Mr. Warburton served as an Acting Chief Executive Officer of Red Mountain Mining Ltd. from April 3, 2012 to March 30, 2013. He has over 30 years experience in gold and base metal mining. His experience includes 7 years with Western Mining Corporation as a Senior Mining Engineer and Mine Manager at Kambalda of Western Australia.

Mr. Warburton worked within the mining industry throughout his entire career and joined Barminco in 2000. He has successfully guided and grown Barminco with annual revenues having more than doubled during his tenure. Mr. Warburton served as a General Manager of Western Australia and Business Development Manager at Barminco Limited. He ran his own Mine Consulting Business for 5 years and served as Managing Director of Coolgardie Gold NL from 1991 to 1996. He started his career with Western Mining Corporation (Kambalda).

He has been Non-Executive Chairman of Red Mountain Mining Ltd., since May 1, 2013 and previously served as its Executive Chairman from April 3, 2012 to May 1, 2013. Mr. Warburton has been a Non-Executive Director of Peninsula Energy Limited since February 27,2013. He served as the Chairman of Australian Mines Ltd., from October 13, 2005 to March 9, 2011. He serves as a Non Executive Director of Red Mountain Mining Ltd. He has been a Non Executive Director of Australian Mines Limited since April 22, 2003. Mr. Warburton is the Chairman of the Australian Prospectors and Miners Hall of Fame Foundation. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He graduated with an Associate ship in Mining Engineering from the Western Australian School of Mines.
