The LIC analysts first predicted a fall in the ACR share price & were shorting well before the share price hit $4.77.

They may have experienced some short term pain but were proved right in the longer term.

At some stage a competitor could emerge with a superior product or the patent (I presume they have one) expires & others could market a generic product at a reduced price.

What then happens to the share price?

Companies who have one major product are susceptible to the above.
