They are just our theories and I'm guessing we will never know.
At the end of the day most of us are in this because we are excited about the technology and the potential of making some significant $$ towards our retirement fund or to buy our Lamborghini's (or whatever our dreams are).
As others have suggested this could be some considerable time down the track or more preferably in the not so distant future.
In the meantime, nothing else to do but exercise some patience. :)
