I personally voted down all the resolutions. I expected the resolutions to all pass so call mine, and it appears quite a few others, a protest vote. I voted down Brett's remuneration package as I wanted him to have more skin in the game and considering how short of cash we are and the sheer amount of cash required to keep these guys in their job i thought was something the company would consider reasonable to do instead of the easy share issue at cheap prices when they start running low on funds again. But i think that is too much to ask from this management. I'm so over this stock now.
