My Guess is 30 April 2014 for an announcement on DSO sales and he would want to get the trucks rolling straight away because its my guess he is worried the market wont believe him unless it happens straight away. There has been plenty of announcements, but not much in the way of delivering to date. My expectation is that will change once CDU makes the fist sale and WM gets some credibility back.
