the two issues you raised here have been raised and repeated endlessly by you recently on unrelated threads yet here you are raising the same old stuff on a brand new thread - and with a baiting title to boot
They are both relevant and important points but you have done them to death

But what significance do they have? From my perspective they can only be detrimental to the company if the company does not raise the funds to complete the project - I seriously don't believe our Chinese investors would throw away their substantial investment in this company and watch it die at the last post - for mine one way or the other the funds to complete will be there when needed.
But of course that may put the Chinese investors in a dangerous control position - now where have I heard that proposition 40 million times already.

I don't care if you are a holder or non holder, just please give us a break - make your point (almost always they are with merit) and leave it go - give it a rest - say something new - Please?
