You can posulate all you want the motives, facts are he sold stock and exercised a shed load of options which increased his position and also put significant funds in the companies coffers.

IMO this equates to a win win win, director wins increasing his position, company wins as cash is injected straight to it, shareholders/ prospective investors win because he signalled exactly what he believes is going to happen buy Re investing and exercising all the options.

Plenty of reasons to be in and not out of this stock right now, the above, gold price rising and starting to attract market attention, company completely cashed up, all results so far outstanding and continuous testing of new deeper targets within days / weeks followed by scoping study.

IMO if your happy with a bit of risk as a possible downside to huge upside this stock is a special ATM, plenty viewing and following the action and it won't take much to move up again very quickly.
