Fortunately I don't have to worry about property prices in Brisbane or the Gold Coast even though I live in the area. I understand that the property prices in Sunnybank and surrounding suburbs have gone into orbit the last 6 months.

Already a settlement area for Chinese families this area of Brisbane is so ethnically quaint and will grow into a bustling little China town.
