That is exactly what i was thinking last week.
Due to having Bollore already in Cameroon operating the rail network, and seeing the full business potential once all the mines are in full operation, they just can't put it on ignore.
If we look at Mauritania and Gabon, the national rail will benefit from the mining as well.
We have the Cam-rail already holding a stake in Bollore rail(which is a Multi-billion dollar company), so why let others coming to your country and take control of the internal rail system.
Keep in mind, that french/European are much honest when it comes to business and profit declarations, unlike the Chineese.
