Clown is a harsh word but he would have been just as much a disaster if the price was 5 times that at present simply because Lynas wouldn't have been in a position to take the advantage of higher prices.
We are in deep stuff simply because there has been a massive failure right at the top, right from the time he tried to manage Lynas as a part time job. He simply was not up to the job he took on. The proof of that is there for all to see.(and feel)
The price could have been ten times where they are now. With nothing to sell price is meaningless.
