Well I consider this order not to be genuine. My Pro Platform (interactive dynamic order depth) has shown the order moving from each 1c price level to ENSURE it does not get hit. Also when it was top of the Que it replaced the order to move to the bottom at that price level.
Nup, just a "capper" IMO.
