oh yeah, malaga and don't we just love that calculation,

and i have 2 rentals so far, and hopfully i can add another one this year some time, so times that by two champ,

i love property, and shares and my farm and my family,

oh crap i just love being alive,

i just love two opposing sides,

i just love renters paying my bills,

i love paying tax because that means im making lots and lots of money,

if i wasn't paying tax it would mean im not making money,

hell, i even love all the negative rampers on the property forum,

they make me smile when im feeling blue, i just come and read the property forum and i get an instant smile,

now i cant buy that at the corner store,
