Been watching a while. All the delays they have had could well be a blessing in disguise as the timing may well be right to be a budding uranium producer as opposed to 3 years ago. The costs of operations with a U308 spot where it is could have crippled Peninsula. On the contrary , moving into production with a rising spot ( a rising spot which I believe is imminent ) is obviously very favourable.
Cash ~ 10 mil with ~14 mil available drawdown if I'm right with about 5-6 mil quarter burn. So cash ok atm.
The volume says it all today imo hence my purchase. Pen is ready to rise again imo.
