Aside from the risk of 2 trading halts being coincidental, There are potentially 2 seperate plays occurring here.
1) 7 is after NXS per DV stepping down
2) the strategic review has turned up an offer for LT presumably from CTP perhaps 50% for a mix of cash and development funding???
The "offer" from CTP has forced 7s hand, they now have to act to preserve, come up with an alternative proposal forcing DV to step down temporarily.
