apparently, tol sources most of its income locally and things don't look good economically
we have just lost the car industry, alcoa has just pulled out of alumina smelting etc
the prospects for transport companies are tied to manufacturing and manufacturing doesn't look healthy.
Thing is there is a big divi at stake here, about 7% (with franking) and it goes ex march 4
Sentiment is very negative.
Average PE is 19 and it is currently on a pe of 14.5.
I can't see there being a surprise on the downside because hardly any broking house is expecting much. If anything, there could be a slight surprise on the upside
But very hard to judge. Sweating on this mother..Fingers crossed.
