So basically forget where you think the price of pen may be. Forget what you think the minimum price could or could not be. The only thing you need to consider is the risk. Oppies are a much higher risk. If your happy with the risk get into the oppies, but i think it needs to be understood and its not if you think the price will be under or above a certain level.
